A NOMADS RITUAL / HELP & POLICIES
Terms & Conditions
The practical details behind shopping small-batch scent rituals with A Nomads Ritual.
A NOMADS RITUAL • OCTOBER 2026
Our products
A Nomads Ritual is an Eden Quest creation offering small-batch botanical fragrance, body and ritual products. Minor differences in colour, fragrance, finish, texture and appearance can occur between batches because of the materials and processes used.
We aim to describe and photograph products accurately, but screens and handcrafted variations can affect how items appear.
Orders and availability
You’ll receive an order confirmation after placing an order. Purchases are subject to availability and successful payment.
If we cannot fulfil an order or discover a significant pricing, stock or listing error, we may contact you to arrange an alternative or cancel the affected order and refund any amount already paid, where appropriate and lawful.
Prices and payments
Unless otherwise noted, prices are in Australian dollars (AUD). Applicable delivery charges appear at checkout before your order is placed.
We use a secure third-party payment provider, Stripe, for online payments through WooCommerce. Confirmed orders are not affected by later changes to listed prices.
Shipping and delivery
We currently ship within Australia. Product preparation and delivery estimates are guides, and some items containing fragrance, alcohol or matches may be subject to carrier restrictions.
Please review our Shipping & Delivery Policy for charges, shipping times and other details.
Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains change-of-mind returns and how to request help with an order.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights and remedies available under Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, unsafe, damaged, incorrectly supplied or fail a consumer guarantee, you may be entitled to an appropriate remedy.
Care and safety
Review all packaging directions, warnings and ingredient information before using our products. Unless otherwise indicated, body and fragrance products are for external use only; avoid eyes and damaged skin, and stop using a product if irritation occurs.
Burning incense and candles must never be left unattended. Keep flames, heat and smoke away from children, pets, draughts and flammable materials and use a stable, heat-resistant surface.
Handcrafted botanical products
Natural and botanical ingredients may differ slightly from batch to batch. Minor variation in appearance, scent and texture is not in itself proof of a product fault.
Images and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, brand identities, illustrations, photographs, designs, copy and creative work appearing on A Nomads Ritual and Eden Quest are owned by Eden Quest or used with permission. You may not copy or commercially exploit them without prior permission except as permitted by law.
Promotions
Promotions and discount codes are available only for their stated duration and may have additional conditions. They generally cannot be combined unless the offer says otherwise.
Website services and third parties
We may update or temporarily interrupt website functions for maintenance and improvement. Links to third-party websites and providers are supplied for convenience and those services operate under their own terms.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits non-excludable consumer rights. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for loss arising from using products contrary to instructions, supplied warnings or intended purposes.
Privacy
For details of how we process customer data, please read our Privacy Policy.
Updates and governing law
These terms may be updated as our business and services change. They are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws. Changes will not retrospectively alter completed transactions in a way that is unlawful or unfair.
